SIGN-UP procedure: Members attending the September BMTA meeting sign-up for a time when they receive their BMTA Yearbook (chair, Joy Wilson, will be sitting at a table and overseeing sign-up). Sign-up begins at 9 AM and no sooner and is on a 1st-come-1st-serve-basis. After the September Meeting Sign-up Procedure: Simply complete the following requesting one of the remaining available times. This will be on a first-come, first-serve basis (with e-mail form submission listing exact day and time each request was made).

TEACHERS! Please be flexible. There are more than 130 BMTA members. There are only a handful of slots. Please do not reserve too many time blocks. One hour max (or 2 slots) should be more than sufficient since this is a special BMTA collaborative event to feature SELECT students from studios of BMTA members and NOT a studio recital. If you have a large # of students, please consider duets. If there are many teachers who cannot find times, teachers reserving more than 1 hour may be asked to share their time slots.
Please SHARE. We need nonstop music. Please do not sign-up for more time than you can easily fill (without numerous repeats or teacher performances). If you find that you probably will not fill an entire slot, please notify us so that another teacher who needs some time might use a few minutes of your time block. Thanks!
